We want you to have the best possible experience at Aitch SE24 so here are our guidelines to ensure you can take time out to relax.

RESERVATIONS

When you book we may ask for your credit/debit card details to take a 50% deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have to cancel or reschedule your hair appointment, we respectfully request 48 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 48 hours notice may be charged at the full service amount.

ARRIVAL

All appointments are booked for the time you need. We ask that you arrive promptly. If you arrive late we will do our best to stick to the service you have booked but because we don’t want to keep anyone waiting we may have to shorten or reschedule your appointment if your cutter or colourist has another client straight after you.

CHILDREN

We have a policy of no children under the age of 14 in the salon.

MOBILE PHONES

We discourage the use of mobile phones and respectfully request that they are on silent mode when you are in the salon.

SKIN TESTING

We require all clients to follow our skin test procedure. Clients who have not had a colour application in our salon in the preceding six months are requested to have a skin test at the salon at least 48 hours before their appointment.

Aitch SE24 uses the Davines range of products which are suitable for all hair types. Davines is a family-owned Italian company with a commitment to creating ethical, paraben and sulphate-free products. The exclusive, beautifully-packaged range is recyclable and harmless to the environment.
