We want you to have the best possible experience at Aitch SE24 so here are our guidelines to ensure you can take time out to relax.
We discourage the use of mobile phones and respectfully request that they are on silent mode when you are in the salon.
We have a policy of no children under the age of 12 in the salon – except on family days which are Wednesdays from 9 – 5pm and Sundays from 9am – 6pm.
All appointments are booked for the time you need. We ask that you arrive promptly. If you arrive late we will do our best to stick to the service you have booked but because we don’t want to keep anyone waiting we may have to shorten or reschedule your appointment if your cutter or colourist has another client straight after you.
When you book we will ask you for your credit/debit card details to take a 50% deposit.
If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before your appointment your 50% deposit is refunded in full. If you give us less than 48 hours or you don’t turn up for your appointment your deposit will not be refunded.
We require all clients to follow our skin test procedure. Clients who have not had a colour application in our salon in the preceding six months are requested to have a skin test at the salon at least 48 hours before their appointment.View Our Product Range
